Lidija Karaga

Bio:

Lidija Karaga is one of the co-founders and CEO of Poslovna Inteligencija, Data & Analytics consulting company enabling clients on 5 continents for more than 20 years to become data driven and to make better business decisions. She has gathered extensive project experience as was involved in many different data and analytics projects in different industries and with different world class technologies as developer, business analyst, solution architect and project manager.  Through BIRD Incubator (www.bird-incubator.com), one of the largest and most successful AI incubators in Europe for Data, Analytics and AI, founded by Poslovna inteligencija, she is supporting early-stage AI startups and helping develop the Croatian startup ecosystem.
She is also co-founder of Legit (www.legit.eu),  fast-growing EU-based RegTech company and one of the pioneers in the newly emerged privacy and personal data protection area.

In 2016 Lidija won the award “Best women entrepreneur” by Women in Adria and in 2020 Lidija, together with other co-founders was finalist of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year. She holds Bachelor's degree in Managerial Informatics from Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.
