Aniela Russeva

Webit

For nearly two decades, she has been the quiet force behind the design, development and execution of Webit’s international initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. While thousands of people have experienced Webit on stage, her work has largely happened behind the scenes — turning ambitious ideas into platforms, partnerships and experiences that bring together leaders from business, technology, government and society.

Over the past 19 years, she has played a central role in the growth of Webit from a regional event into a globally recognized platform reaching communities across more than 100 countries. Her work has spanned strategy, partnerships, operations and international expansion, requiring the coordination of complex projects involving governments, global corporations, investors, entrepreneurs and institutions across multiple continents.

With a background in law and entrepreneurship, Aniela combines strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to transform vision into execution. Much of her career has been dedicated not simply to creating events, but to building environments where ideas become partnerships, conversations become initiatives and opportunities become long-term impact.

Today, she continues to work at the intersection of innovation, technology, leadership and economic transformation, helping shape platforms that connect global trends with local opportunity.

Her belief is simple: meaningful change is rarely created by a single speech, a single leader or a single moment. It is built over time, through trust, consistency and the relentless work that happens long before the spotlight turns on.

Outside of Webit, however, her leadership style is significantly less quiet. She is a wife, a mother of two boys and the only woman in a household that also includes a male dog — a role many would argue requires even more resilience, diplomacy, negotiation skills and crisis management than running global events across four continents.
