With a career that began in New York in 2013 on the client risk management and advisory side of the business, Dessi brings a strong understanding of both strategic leadership and the real-world risk challenges faced by companies. Her experience combines financial discipline, market insight, and transformation execution in an industry that is becoming increasingly critical as businesses navigate volatility, regulation, cyber risk, climate risk, geopolitical uncertainty, and technology-driven disruption.
Dessi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Imperial College London.
