Akram E. Farag is a serial entrepreneur and a leading figure in the fields Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) as well as the Internet & ICT fields.  
He is currently the Managing Partner of Oxygen Consulting s.a.l, a regional consulting firm which he co-founded in 2011 specializing in new & digital media, with emphasis on multi-screen and Over the Top (OTT) video & music services as well as monetization of digital services. The firm covers Technical and Business aspects of such services in addition to Digital Content Provisioning. 

Through a career spanning almost 25 years, he co-founded InTouch Communications Services, SAE, the first Internet Service Provider in MENA. (now re-branded LINKdotNET). Founded Digital Systems Middle East SAE and Digital Technologies Corp. (HQ: London, UK) as a regional leading system integrator & consulting firms respectively. He also co-founded Egypt Smart Villages Company. 

He was appointed as the COO of O-Media Holdings, A regional music, entertainment & media venture with activities in Film & Music Production, Satellite TV Channels, and New Media Services, as well as the Chairman & CEO of Emerging World Entertainment Holding, a regional music production & publishing firm.
