Olubiyi Ismail is a Geomatician with many years of experience as a Professional Network Engineer and Analyst; specialising in satellite communications, networking design, planning and implementation, maintenance and advance integrated broadband solutions. He founded Network Information Technology and has co-founded Genisat Gmbh (Germany), Itech Alliance, Geoid telecommunication (USA & Nigeria) and many companies which are still in operations today and sits on the board of several companies & organisations.

He served on the Lagos State Government Computerisation Scheme and was a member of the Lagos State Government Committee on the design of website, e-mail and Internet connectivity between May 1999 – 2002

Currently, he is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Directors (IoD) UK, Fellow of the Certified Institute of Public Administrators of Wales & England; member of the Nigerian Internet Group (NIG), council member of the Nigeria Britain Association (NBA), council member of the Nigeria Spanish Association (NSA), member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and a company representative at the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria. 

He has attended several local and international trainings on leadership, management and technical installations. He has also been a speaker at several Local and International conferencies & seminals bordering on the development of ICT in the continent, especially as it affects the Nigerian and West African telecommunications environment.

Currently, he is the CEO of Geoidtel in the USA.
