Piotr Kabaj has had a long and highly regarded career in both recorded music and music publishing, starting in 1990 when he co-founded the Label Pomaton, which soon became Poland's foremost source for Polish music talents. Pomaton operated as a subsidiary of EMI Music under Piotr's leadership, until EMI fully acquired the label in 2004. Since 2008 served as Chairman of EMI Music Central Europe. After, in August 2013 became Warner Music Eastern Europe Chairman and Chairman/MD of Warner Music Poland. Member of the Council for Digitalization near the Polish Ministry of Administration and Digitalization. Vice Chairman of The Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry (ZPAV) and he is graduated of both Warsaw University and Stanford University.
