Bartlomiej is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and finally senior partner at SpeedUp Group leading Polish group of venture funds focusing on early stage business in ICT.

Started his career in advertising, was one of the founders of BTL group one of the biggest Polish marketing agencies. Company  has been sold to American NYSE listed Omnicom. Aftre the merge he became member of the board of TEQUILA/Polska responsible for business development, also in CEE region.
President of Polish DMA (Direct Marketing Association) (till 2008).
The same year decided to leave advertising industry and started to invest money in ICT sector. He is one of the founders of SpeedUp Group. With more than 20 company sin current portfolio. SpeedUp group has a try strong reputation of top Polish seed investor.
