Lucian Despoiu is Managing Partner and founder of KONDIMENT Group (www.kondiment.com), one of the most successful Performance Marketing agencies from Eastern Europe, present in Romania, Germany, Armenia, United States of America and Cyprus. 

Lucian’s decision to launch KONDIMENT was a rather courageous one, taken at a time when the idea of Internet marketing was only just blooming in Romania. What started out as a digital agency has quickly developed into KONDIMENT International Group, due to Lucian’s vision and interest for pursuing challenges and business opportunities. The first steps into this direction were made with the purchase of the Support and Developing division of Lycos Europe, and also with the launching of platforms that are offering companies different e-commerce and communication solutions - Buyos.ro, Sellerator.ro and Kombo.ro.

After more than 10 years of activity, the KONDIMENT Group portfolio now includes clients like Vodafone, OurClimate, TurkishAirlines, Dell, CEC Bank, UPC, Ursus, ING Bank, the Romanian Government, CEZ, BlueAir, BitDefender and many others.

Apart from KONDIMENT, his biggest endeavor yet, Lucian got actively involved in different projects from various spheres of activity during his long career as an entrepreneur. Some of these projects are the NGO “Volunteers for Ideas and Projects”, founded in 1998 with the sole purpose of stimulating and encouraging the entrepreneurial initiatives of students, and the job offers listing website eJobs.ro, started in 2000 and now known as the biggest employment portal in Romania.

Lucian is also known for his ability to identify a need on the market that no project responds to, afterwards successfully launching and promoting the project that can answer that specific need. This was the case with Fairsolve.com (www.fairsolve.com) - the online platform for trading goods that resulted from the insolvency procedures and enforcement, and InPolitics Media – the only Romanian agency exclusively dedicated to marketing and political communication for local and international markets.
