Mr. Oluwatoyin Subair is the Executive Chairman of Digital Play Limited . He obtained his LL.B. from Lagos State University in Nigeria, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and for many years specialised in Intellectual Property Law. He set up Abraham & co, Solicitors & Advocates, in 1997 and represented companies like Microsoft, HP, Nigerian Television Authority, Multichoice, MNET, Nu Metro, etc and local exclusive licensees of Integrity Music, Turner Broadcasting systems and numerous local right owners including music groups, actors and film production companies. , He began his pioneering efforts in mainstream media, film and music through the setting up of several business entities, including HiTV Limited – a DTH platform and builder of African TV channels, Numetro West Africa - a home entertainment distribution company, Kola Music Publishing - sub-publishers for EMI and Universal in Nigeria, Integrated Leisure Property Company Ltd – Owners of the Leisure Mall, a company set up to build entertainment centers across Africa, One Music, 4 Real TV, Hi Buzz – an online entertainment distribution company, Dream ville Limited, a vehicle he uses to seek and raise equity financing for African Media and Entertainment opportunities, and the African partner of Inview Technologies U.K Limited.He is a co-founder & investor in the largest cinema chain in Nigeria and 3rd largest in Africa, a leading adviser to 3 African countries on the Digital Switch Over and leading the charge in developing Community Cinemas and purpose built facilities for Film and TV production in Nigeria
