Stephan is a director of the Luxembourg Business Angel Network (LBAN), defining and implementing strategies to develop and grow the Luxembourg angel investor ecosystem through training, advocacy, and investor support. He is a frequent speaker, panel and jury member at conferences and events across Europe.

Stephan is an impact catalyst at TIIME, an impact advisory and advocacy company that seeks to increase awareness and access to sustainable opportunities, to support impact initiatives, to connect like-minded individuals and organizations into the impact community and empower impact purpose actors with relevant knowledge and tools.Stephan is founder and lead investor of MIZARU Ventures, an early-stage investment fund focusing on social and environmental impact while promoting diversity and gender equity.

Stephan helps corporations and SMEs handle transformational change and implement high-growth strategies, specifically strategic revamps, new market entries, capital raising, commercial optimization, acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships, through his investment and advisory firm, SANZARU Group.

Stephan has extensive blue-chip experience in the FS, TMT and FMCG sectors across Europe and the Emerging Markets with a background in private equity, corporate finance and management consulting. Stephan holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
