Hrish is Co-Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of The Rogue Initiative (therogueinitiative.com). The Rogue Initiative is a Los Angeles-based entertainment company composed of award-winning entertainment industry professionals including alumni from Amblin Entertainment, Pixar, Dreamworks Animation, Disney and Activision Entertainment creating new AAA cinematic interactive virtual reality, digital media experiences, feature film, and television content.
Hrish is Co-founder of SuperWorld (superworldapp.com) a social AR platform company which allows users to build community in Augmented Reality. Users and brands can personalize the real world by adding anything anywhere in augmented reality with photos, videos, texts, and 3D objects, and share the AR experience with friends and followers.
Hrish is a founding Managing Partner of EastLabs, a seed stage venture capital fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
He was the Senior Business Developer/Global Evangelist at Toptal (https://www.toptal.com/), backed by Andreessen Horowitz, providing elite talent (software engineers, designers and finance professionals) to companies globally.
Previously, he was in venture capital at Spencer Trask Ventures, an investment banker at HSBC Securities in New York, and at UBS Investment Bank in investment banking/M&A and in global business development at management consulting firm Aon Hewitt.
Hrish earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Med from Rice University, a Master of Public Health and MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
