Mrs. Gabriela Kozareva is an Executive Director of Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency from 20 February 2018.Born on 24.10.1977. In 1996 she completed her secondary education as a graduate student of National High School for Ancient Languages and Cultures “St. Constantine-Cyril Philosopher.” In 2001, Graduated as a master in law at the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski „, with specializations in the field of Justice, Public Administration and International Law and International Relations.

From 2001 to 2003 she was a legal consultant at Jurex Consult AD.

From 2003 to 2007 she worked as a court assistant at the SAC, to a fivemember chamber of the court, with the judge-patron the Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court, Judge Svetla Petkova.

In the period 2007-2011 she was a legal adviser to a number of local and international Foreign commercial companies operating in the infrastructure, real estate, investment financing, corporate structuring, protection of competition, environment and others.From 2011 to 2015 she worked as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs Directorate in “Naftena Industria Serbia Petrol „EOOD, a subsidiary of GazpromNeft AD.Since 2015 she has been director of Sport Infrastructure and Management of State Participation Directorate at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.From May 2015 to February 2018 she has been Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports.
