Spaces bigger than 75 sq.m have 10% discount

Note: Outside the rented stand areas, exhibitors may only use the advertising possibilities offered as additional advertising opportunities by Webit. No advertising materials and brochures of any kind may be distributed. In addition, exhibitors may not advertise in any way (including walking acts and promotional teams) outside their stand areas. Detailed exhibitor’s guideline will be sent after confirmation of your participation.

Next options are 18, 30 and 50 sq.m etc.

The Webit.Festival conference committee takes responsibility to protect your equipment - furniture and permanently attached elements to the structures, including the technical equipment.
Webit.Festival is not taking responsibility for items inside the booth, brought by the exhibitor or stand builder as well as displayed material or private objects of the booth staff.
We recommend to work with the official Webit suppliers, as an alternative any other external supplier can be hired.
