Arda has over 14 years of experience in software and technology. He has contributed to more than 50 transaction deals and value-creation projects worldwide. Arda specialises in advising private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, focusing on commercial and technological aspects. His expertise extends to developing product and technology strategies, crafting roadmaps, analysing competitive landscapes, and identifying market differentiation opportunities.
In his role, Arda played a key role in the pre-deal stage of the investment and acquisition decisions for a wide range of software and technology companies. These companies varied in value from hundreds of millions to multiple billions of dollars and operated across diverse sectors, including infrastructure software, vertical applications, ERP solutions, and technology-enabled services.
